Terms of service
Last updated 10 October 2026
Who I am
Driftline is built and run by Mirza Tontowi, an independent developer based in Indonesia. In these terms, "I" and "me" mean Mirza Tontowi, and "you" means the person or organization using Driftline. You can reach me at hello@aidriftline.com.
The free Action
The Driftline GitHub Action and its source code are licensed under the Elastic License 2.0. You can use the scan for free in your own repositories and pipelines. You may not offer Driftline to others as a hosted service, and you may not remove or work around the license-key check.
Driftline Pro
Pro is a subscription that unlocks drift tests. It is sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record: Lemon Squeezy takes the payment, handles sales tax and VAT, and sends your receipt. Their buyer terms apply to the payment itself.
- Prices are shown on the pricing section. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you are.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time; Pro keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
- One license key can be activated on up to 3 GitHub accounts or organizations that you or your employer control. Do not publish it or share it with other people or companies.
Retirement data and drift scores
Retirement dates come from the providers' public deprecation pages and are checked by hand. Providers change their plans, and the data can be late or wrong. Similarity scores are a guide to help you review changes, not a promise that a replacement model behaves the same. Check the providers' own pages and test your app before you change models in production.
Your API usage
Drift tests call OpenAI, Anthropic or Google with your own API keys. Those calls are billed to you by the provider and are covered by your agreement with them.
No warranty and limits on liability
Driftline is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost revenue or downtime, and my total liability to you is limited to what you paid me for Driftline in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
I may update these terms. If a change matters for paying customers, I will email you before it takes effect. If you keep using Driftline after that, the new terms apply.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, except where the law of your country gives you consumer rights that cannot be waived.
